Jarmila PlacháJarmila Plachá during her 15+ year career in senior managerial roles at telco and banking, she has gained a wealth of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business strategy and product management, and has managed large multinational teams across several countries. Jarmila has spent nearly 6 years working abroad, leading different corporate group projects. During the last two years she built a digital ICT accelerator for Telefonica, Wayra CEE, and created a portfolio of digital startups to grow the core business of Telefonica. Her current mission is to help ŠKODA AUTO to create future customer driven mobility solutions and enter into the digital age through successful synergies between the ICT startup world and implementation of profitable innovations.
Jarmila is ready to consult all hackers on the topics of business development, business plan creation, and marketing.

Daniel OndrůjDaniel Ondrůj has been in software development for over 8 years. He was mostly helping startups with building their dreams during this period. His focus was primarily on the mobile and backend development. Initially, Daniel started as an iOS developer and throughout the time moved to Project Lead role. Now he’s excited for the opportunity to leverage and extend my knowledge as Software Architect at SKODA AUTO DigiLab. His interest in technology implemented in cars and in mobility makes perfect fit here.

David BeškaDavid Beška is a Chief Marketing Officer in ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab. David has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and digital technologies. He gathered experience in media, digital agencies and also in his private business. Now he’s getting an opportunity to bring this experience and knowledge into SKODA AUTO DigiLab, where his favourite modern technologies and automotive meets together. David’s role is to lead a marketing team with responsibility for ATL, BTL, digital campaigns and events.

Robin ŠvaříčekRobin Švaříček is a CEO of HoppyGo, subsidiary of ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, project focusing on a Peer to Peer car sharing/renting. Through his career, he has been working in a transportation industry, finding a way to how to make the travelling affordable, comfortable and the overall customer journey as effective as possible. Previously he served also as a CFO and COO of a mid-size public transportation company, at the COVID Mobility Race, he can help you set the correct scale of your project and also to bring an inter-modes of transportation view of your ideas and challenges you will be facing.

Jakub GottwaldJakub Gottwald has been working most of his 15-year long career in various software development and technology companies. There he gained a lot of experience with software development and project management, complex integrations of various HW and SW technologies from security systems through industrial automation to intelligent transportation systems and IoT. Jakub is a big technology enthusiast and in ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab he focuses on implementation of the new technologies into the Smart City projects and mobility services.

Štefan DoležalŠtefan Doležal is a UX and Design specialist at ŠKODA AUTO Digilab with background in Technological-anthropology, Multimedia Design and Communication. Štefan can help you how to make your design/product/service human-centered. He has an experience from start-up, maker/hacker space environment, automotive and research. Štefan is an enthusiastic photographer, loves aesthetics, design, nature, science and plants.

Ctibor JappelCtibor Jappel is a marketing, PR a communications professional with experience from companies such as O2, Ceska sporitelna and Amazon. He has experience in bringing huge projects to the market and helping them grow through proactive communication with the public and media. Ctibor also worked as a journalist for two major newspapers in the Czech Republic. He enjoys reading, golf, and his family.

Jan HořickýJan Hořický is a Financial Manager in ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab in charge of the financial planning and analysis, business intelligence and M&A. Jan holds MSc from Solvay Business School of Vrije Universiteit. He has moved to ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab from corporate banking where he was working on acquisition financing and syndications for large corporate clients. He is ready to help the teams with their business cases and business model structure.

Jakub ChromecJakub Chromec is an automotive enthusiast with electrical engineering and economical background working on the digitization of our industry. His job at this hackathon is to help teams bring their ideas into the context of the product – the car. No matter if the idea improves and builds upon connectivity, services, manufacturing, sustainability or the infrastructure. Together you will make sure your ideas are technically and economically viable in the exciting and complex automotive world.

Tomáš StudeníkTomáš Studeník is radical innovator and city hacker. Tomáš holds MBA from University of Liverpool and MSc in Innovation from HEC Paris. He is the CEO of Insane Business Ideas (www.inbui.com), a consultancy that helps industry leaders such as ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, ABB, Pilsner Urquell or Novartis innovate. Tomáš organized first global CEE Hacks hackathon (www.ceehacks.com) in 2017 and has since held numerous innovation events to improve mobility, energy and health in European cities. Apart from consulting companies on innovation strategy, Tomáš holds popular monthly FuckUp Nights (www.fuckupnights.cz) where lessons from failure are publicly shared by distinguished entrepreneurs, scientists and artists. In 2018, Tomáš published the Big Book of Fuckups (www.fuckupy.cz) that the world-renowned economist Tomáš Sedláček called the book of the year. Tomáš has been nominated for Esquireman 2019 (www.esquireman.cz) under business category.

prof. Michael Šebekprof. Michael Šebek obtained Ph.D. degree in control engineering and DrSc. degree in control theory from the Czech Academy of Sciences. Since 1979, he has been with the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences, Prague. Currently, he is the Head of the Control Engineering Department of the Czech Technical University in Prague and the Head of Cyber-Physical Systems Department in the Czech Institute for Informatics, Cybernetics, and Robotics in Prague. He has led numerous EU, NATO, US Navy, international and national research projects and contracted research for Honeywell, Porsche, Volkswagen, and SKODA AUTO. Tomas DitrychTomas Ditrych is a university lecturer and Managing Partner at MAVERICKS (www.mavericks.legal), a boutique law firm based in Prague with focus on startups and emerging markets, new technology, VC financing, M&A transactions, IT and IP law. Tomas holds law degrees from universities in both the Czech Republic and the USA (San Francisco). As a leading expert in venture capital transactions in the Czech Republic, Tomas has advised on 70+ startup deals over the past few years. Tomas has been elected Innovative Lawyer of 2019 for his achievements in the field of law and innovation. Tomas is also a passionate surfer and dog-lover.

Jaroslav holds law degrees from Masaryk University in Brno (Mgr.) and New York University School of Law (LL.M.), as well as an economic degree from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (Ing.). Jaroslav is an enthusiastic advisor of numerous inspirational entrepreneurs, startups, technology companies, investors and other members of the startup ecosystem. A special area of Jaroslav’s interest is transportation and smart mobility.

Valery SenichevValery Senichev is an educator and consultant with a focus on future skills and future of jobs. He is a co-founder of Educamp.cz, a platform focused on training and consultancy in professional development, using new technologies in different aspects of life. He also co-founded Jobs 2030, a consultancy company focused on getting people and companies ready for the changes of work which come hand–in hand with new technologies, including Virtual reality.
Valery gained experience in international organizations and associations with a focus on HR, R&D and business development. In 2017-2018 he coordinated a platform Talent Studio with a focus on social entrepreneurship projects within a czech NGO named “CIF”. Valery holds a BA in Psychology and Gender Studies and an MA in Psychology from Masaryk University, he also holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from Brno University of Technology.
In 2019 Valery became an Aspen Institute Young Leaders Fellow.

Irem Oc Carnicas IsidroIrem Oc Carnicas Isidro has experience in business consultancy, in the areas of technology and innovation, as well as she has interest in the automotive industry making her passionate about the digital transformation of ŠKODA AUTO. Irem’s priority is to have a good understanding of customers’ current and future needs, and address the changing mobility and connectivity trends. At the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab she is identifying new business opportunities and converting the most promising ones into the most attractive mobility solutions for our customers.

Adam TkáčAdam Tkáč is a member of corporate strategy team at ŠKODA AUTO and has an international experience in business strategy & marketing from multiple European countries and China. With his background, Adam can help you bridge the gap between traditional automotive business and new business models. His focus during this hackathon will be to challenge your ideas, so you can develop sustainable and economically sound case that will change the future of mobility.

Robin OjhaRobin Ojha is experienced entrepreneur and strategist. Robin holds an MBA from the Georgetown University in Washington D.C. He lived in Asia and North America in the last 10 years where he started and scaled international ventures for companies such as Vitkovice Machinery Group and Tatra Trucks. Apart from that, Robin also worked on new business models and technologies for Allianz and Electrify America (part of VW). Robin currently works as innovation manager at ŠKODA AUTO, where he drives innovation culture and support key innovative projects.

Roman ŠiserRoman Šiser is passionate and experienced innovation manager with marketing background. He has worked at The Coca-Cola Company, where he managed EU-wide marketing and innovation projects where we was trained innovation ignitor black-belt. Roman also helped with start-up of Liftago, piloted an innovation think tank at the Technology Agency and is a founding member of Česká inovace o.p.s. Since 2017 Roman works as Innovation Manager in ŠKODA AUTO, helping to prepare the company for the future, driving innovation culture and supporting key projects in sales and marketing.

Ondra BrémOndra Brém studies joined double degree at Aalto University and KTH Stockholm in Human Computer Interaction and Design. He came up with the original idea for UniHack project this spring. He helped to establish and later run usability lab at FIT CTU. He enjoys bringing human centered approach to all aspects of design. During his earlier studies at Czech technical University he worked on photogrametry and gigapixel panorama projects in SAGElab. When not working on projects he loves to play ultimate frisbee, photograph and travel to find inspiration.

Sonja HeikkiläPrior to joining the Discovery Team at ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, Sonja Heikkilä was leading the strategy of mobility services at OP Financial Group. In 3 years, they introduced five mobility services to customers in Finland, including free-floating car sharing, station-based car sharing, car subscription, car companion app and EV leasing for consumer customers. In 2014, she co-created the concept of Mobility as a Service, which has since become a world-renowned vision for future mobility. Sonja’s key strengths lie in strategic thinking and problem-solving in complex business environments.

Petr ŽabkaPetr Žabka studied Finance and Management at the University of Economics, Prague. He currently works as a hackathon organizer within CEE Hacks and helps to grow people and create new businesses in mentorship programs. Petr spent recent years in one of the big 4 consultancy companies providing a technology consulting services (bank regulations mostly) for various clients in Europe. He likes sharing economy and so he developed his own NGO called Library of Things and currently is writing a thesis about circular economy & starting shared spaces for musicians.
He likes all kinds of sports – mainly biking – and learns how to play an alto saxophone.

Alena BrožováAlena Brožová studies at the Czech Technical University in Prague (MIAS School of business and Faculty of Information Technology). She is currently working with CEE Hacks on hackathons and co-organized the UniHack project. She works for Dronetag and is also active in the Studentská Unie ČVUT (CTU student union), in which is on the board of the faculty club FIT++. In addition, she is a member of the editorial board of Buď FIT and participates in activities at the faculty. She is interested in PR and communication and is trying to improve herself in this field.

Jiří BorskýJiří Borský has a bachelor’s degree in software engineering from the Faculty of Information Technology at Czech Technical University in Prague, and he is pursuing his master degree there. In addition, he also teaches at this university (3D printing, programming, scripting, etc.). During his studies he participated in project BB-8, in which the goal was to create a robot with AI. In the past, he was a scout leader for many years and he was even featured on one of their magazine covers.
He participated as a co-organizer in the UniHack project (online student hackathon) and cooperates with CEE Hacks. He worked at Mangoweb as an Android developer. There he was working on applications, such as Rekola (bikesharing), Respekt (magazine), Coniq apps, Starbucks, Signal Festival, etc.
As for sport he likes bouldering (climbing) and ultimate frisbee where he won a gold medal in the mixed category (Czech republic).
